Q. What age ranges do you cover and how do I select the correct age range when subscribing?
A. We have 3 age ranges to choose from, with each having age appropriate developmental learning activities underpinning them. They are Mini Explorers 2 to 4 years, Little Learners 4 to 7 years and Big Creatives 8 to 10 years.
Q. Do I get to choose the first box theme I will receive as a subscriber?
A. Your subscriber box sequence has been carefully curated by learning experts to ensure each child in each age range is allocated a sequence of box themes that provides diversity in learning and development whilst maintaining excitement and fun across different themes and topics. Plus your child will have the joy of a surprise box theme each delivery to keep them looking forward to their next creative delivery with excitement.
Q. Are your subscription plans really cancel anytime?
A. Subscription plans are here for your flexibility and convenience so they are indeed cancel anytime. No catch's or lock in contracts, subscribe and cancel when you please. Flexibility is yours and we do have pause for up to 3 months, skip a month, change frequency of delivery to receive a box every 'other' month, swap to new age range and more if you don't want to cancel and retain all subscriber perks as an active subscriber. Q. Is the Creative Box Subscription the same boxes that I can see on your store available for one time purchase or are they different boxes?
A. They are the same boxes you see on our store advertised at a higher price, our subscribers save a minimum of 12% on each box compared to a one time gift box purchase on the monthly plan and on prepaid 3,6 and 12 months the savings on a per box basis can reach up to 25%.
